2 ”여호와께서는 모세를 통하여 우리가 살 성과 우리 가축을 먹일 목초지를 우리에게 주라고 명령하셨습니다.”(Jehovah commanded us through Moses to give us a city to live in and pastures to feed our cattle)
‭‭3 “그래서 여호와의 명령에 따라 이스라엘 백성은 자기들의 땅 중에서 일부 성과 목초지를 레위 사람에게 주었다.”(So, according to the Lord's command, the Israelites gave the Levites some cities and pastures in their land)
‭‭4 “먼저 고핫 자손을 위해 제비를 뽑았는데 이들 중 제사장 아론의 자손들은 유다 지파와 시므온 지파와 베냐민 지파의 땅 중에서 13개의 성을 얻었다.”(First, lots were cast for the sons of Kohath, and among them the sons of Aaron the priest obtained 13 cities from the tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Benjamin)
‭‭5 “그리고 고핫의 나머지 자손들은 에브라임 지파와 단 지파와 므낫세 서쪽 반 지파의 땅 중에서 10개의 성을 얻었다.”(And the rest of Kohath's descendants took ten cities from the lands of the tribes of Ephraim, Dan, and the half-tribe west of Manasseh)

‭‭9 “아론의 자손들이 유다 지파와 시므온 지파의 땅 중에서 얻은 성은 아래와 같다:”(Among the lands of the tribes of Judah and Simeon, the sons of Aaron were given the following cities:)
‭‭10 “레위 지파 가운데서 고핫 자손의 제비가 먼저 뽑혔으므로 이들 아론의 자손들이 제일 먼저 성을 얻었다.”(Since the lot for the sons of Kohath fell first from the tribe of Levi, these sons of Aaron were the first to receive the city)

‭‭41 “이스라엘 백성의 각 지파가 소유한 땅 중에서 레위 지파가 얻은 것은 모두 48개의 성과 목초지인데”(Of the land owned by each tribe of Israel, the tribe of Levi obtained a total of 48 cities and pastures)
‭‭42 “모든 성의 주변에 이와 같은 목초지가 딸려 있었다.”(There were pastures like this around every castle)
‭‭43 “이와 같이 여호와께서 이스라엘 조상들에게 주겠다고 약속한 땅을 하나도 남김없이 모두 이스라엘 백성에게 주셨으므로 그들이 그 땅을 점령하고 거기에 정착하였다.”(In this way, the LORD gave the Israelites all the land that he had promised to give to the ancestors of Israel, without leaving any of them, so they took possession of the land and settled there)
‭‭44 “그래서 여호와께서는 그들의 조상들에게 약속한 대로 그들의 온 땅에서 평안을 누리게 하셨다. 여호와께서 그들의 모든 원수들을 그들의 손에 넘겨 주셨으므로 그들을 당해 낼 대적이 하나도 없었다.”(So the Lord gave them peace throughout the land, as he had promised their ancestors. The LORD has delivered all their enemies into their hands, and there is no enemy to stand against them)
‭‭45 “이렇게 해서 이스라엘 백성에게 약속한 여호와의 모든 선한 일이 그대로 이루어졌다.”(In this way, all the good things Jehovah promised to the Israelites were fulfilled)
