[현대인성경 KLB 구약 시편 112장] 하나님을 섬기는 사람의 복 Blessings of those who serve God

1 “여호와를 찬양하라! 여호와를 두려워하며 그의 명령에 순종하기를 기뻐하는 자는 복이 있다.”Praise Jehovah! Blessed is he who fears the Lord and delights in obeying his commands
‭‭2 “그의 자녀들이 땅에서 부강할 것이니 정직한 자의 후손들이 복을 받으리라.”His children will be prosperous on the earth, and the descendants of the upright will be blessed
‭‭3 “그의 집에는 부요와 재물이 있을 것이며 그의 의로운 행위는 영원히 남으리라.”There will be wealth and wealth in his house, and his righteous deeds will endure forever
‭‭4 “정직한 자에게는 흑암 가운데서도 빛이 비치니 그 빛은 어질고 인자하며 의로운 자를 위한 것이다.”For the upright, light shines even in the midst of darkness, and that light is for the noble, kind, and righteous
‭‭5 “남에게 아낌없이 빌려 주며 자기 일을 정직하게 수행하는 자에게는 모든 일이 잘 될 것이다.”All will be well for him who lends generously to others and performs his duties honestly
‭‭6 “그는 결코 흔들리지 않을 것이니 의로운 사람은 영원히 기억되리라.”He will never be shaken; the righteous will be remembered forever
‭‭7 “그는 불길한 소식을 두려워하지 않을 것이니 확실한 믿음을 가지고 여호와를 신뢰하기 때문이다.”He will not fear bad news, for he trusts in the Lord with sure faith
‭‭8 “그는 마음이 든든하여 아무것도 두려워하지 않을 것이며 자기 원수들이 패하는 것을 끝내 보게 될 것이다.”He will be confident and fear nothing; he will see his enemies defeated
‭‭9 “그가 가난한 사람들을 후하게 구제해 주었으니 그의 의로운 행위가 영원히 남을 것이며 그는 유력하고 존경받는 사람이 될 것이다.”He gave generously to the poor; his righteous deeds will remain forever, and he will become a powerful and respected man
‭‭10 “악인은 이것을 보고 분노하며 이를 갈면서 소멸될 것이니 악인의 희망은 좌절되리라.”When the wicked see this, they will become angry and gnash their teeth until they are destroyed, and their hopes will be dashed
