1 “이스라엘의 하나님 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다. “너는 내가 너에”The Lord God of Israel said to me, “You are the one who has given me the
‭‭2 “게 말해 준 모든 것을 책에 기록하라.”Write down everything I told you in a book
‭‭3 “내가 내 백성 이스라엘과 유다를 포로 생활에서 해방시켜 그들을 내가 그 조상들에게 준 땅으로 돌아오게 할 날이 다가오고 있으니 그들이 그 땅을 다시 소유할 것이다.””The days are coming when I will free my people Israel and Judah from captivity and bring them back to the land I gave their ancestors, and they will possess it again
‭‭4 “이것은 여호와께서 이스라엘과 유다에 관하여 하신 말씀이다.”This is the word of the LORD concerning Israel and Judah
‭‭5 ““들리는 것은 불안과 공포의 소리뿐, 평안함이 없구나.”All I hear is the sound of anxiety and fear, there is no peace
‭‭6 “남자가 아이를 낳을 수 있는지 물어 보아라. 해산하는 여자처럼 남자들이 창백한 얼굴로 허리에 손을 짚고 다니는 것은 무슨 꼴인가?”Ask if a man can bear a child. What is it like for men to walk around with pale faces and hands on their hips like women in labor?
‭‭7 “비할 데 없는 무서운 날이 다가오고 있으니 내 백성이 당할 환난의 때이다. 그러나 그들은 그 환난에서 구원을 받을 것이다.””A terrible day is coming, a time of great distress for my people. But they will be saved from it
‭‭8 “전능하신 여호와께서 다시 말씀하신다. “그 날에 내가 내 백성의 목에 있는 멍에를 꺾어 버리고 그들의 쇠사슬을 끊어 버리겠다. 외국인들이 다시는 그들을 종으로 부려먹지 못하고”Jehovah Almighty says again: “On that day I will break the yoke on the neck of my people and burst their chains. No longer will foreigners enslave them
‭‭9 “오히려 그들의 하나님 나 여호와를 섬기고 또 내가 그들을 위해 왕으로 세울 다윗의 후손을 섬길 것이다.””Instead, they will serve the Lord their God and the descendants of David whom I will set over them as king
‭‭10 “그러므로 여호와께서 말씀하신다. “내 백성아, 두려워하지 말아라. 이스라엘아, 놀라지 말아라. 내가 너희를 멀리 포로 된 땅에서 구해 내겠다. 너희가 다시 고국으로 돌아와 평화롭고 안전하게 살 것이니 너희를 두렵게 할 자가 없을 것이다.”Therefore thus says the Lord: “Do not fear, my people; do not be dismayed, Israel; for I will rescue you from the land where you were carried away captive, and you will return to your own land, living in peace and security, and no one will make you afraid
‭‭11 “내가 너희와 함께하여 너희를 구원하겠다. 내가 너희를 흩어 보낸 그 나라들은 완전히 없애 버려도 너희만은 전멸시키지 않겠다. 그러나 내가 너희를 정당하게 징계할 것이며 너희를 전혀 벌하지 않은 채 그대로 내버려 두지는 않을 것이다.””I will be with you and save you. I will completely destroy the nations where I have scattered you, but I will not completely destroy you. However, I will discipline you and not leave you completely unpunished
‭‭12 “여호와께서 말씀하신다. “너희 상처는 고칠 수 없고 너희 부상은 치료할 수 없을 만큼 중상이다.”Jehovah says, “Your wound is incurable, and your injury is beyond healing
‭‭13 “너희를 도와줄 자가 없고 너희 상처를 낫게 할 약이 없으며 너희를 고칠 희망이 없다.”There is no one to help you, no medicine to heal your wounds, no hope to cure you
‭‭14 “너희를 사랑하는 자들이 다 너희를 잊고 너희를 찾지 않는다. 내가 너희를 원수처럼 상하게 하고 잔인할 정도로 너희를 가혹하게 벌하는 것은 너희 죄가 크고 너희 허물이 많기 때문이다.”All those who love you have forgotten you and do not seek you out. I will hurt you like an enemy and punish you cruelly because your sins are great and your faults are many
‭‭15 “너희가 어째서 너희 상처에 대하여 부르짖는가? 너희 고통은 해소될 수 없을 것이다. 너희 죄가 크고 많으므로 내가 너희에게 이런 벌을 내렸다.”Why do you cry out about your wounds? Your pain will never be relieved. Because your sins are great and many, I have brought this punishment on you
‭‭16 “그러나 너희를 삼키는 자는 모두 삼킴을 당할 것이며 너희 원수들은 다 포로가 되고 너희를 착취하는 자는 착취를 당할 것이며 너희를 약탈하는 자는 다 약탈을 당할 것이다.”But all who devour you will be devoured, and all your enemies will go into captivity; those who exploit you will be exploited, and all who plunder you will be plundered
‭‭17 “너희가 버림을 당하고 보살펴 주는 자가 없는 시온이 되었다고 너희 원수들이 말할지라도 내가 너희를 치료하여 너희 상처를 고쳐주겠다.””Even if your enemies say, “You have become Zion, forsaken and without care,” I will heal you and mend your wounds
‭‭18 “여호와께서 다시 말씀하신다. “내가 내 백성을 원상태로 회복시키고 그들이 사는 곳에 자비를 베풀겠다. 예루살렘은 폐허가 된 그 곳에 재건되고 궁전은 본래 있던 곳에 설 것이며”The Lord says again: “I will restore my people and have mercy on their land. Jerusalem will be rebuilt on its ruins, and the palace will be rebuilt on its original sites
‭‭19 “감사하는 소리와 즐거워하는 소리가 여기저기서 들릴 것이다. 내가 그들을 번성하게 하고 영화롭게 할 것이니 그들이 쇠하거나 비참하게 되지 않을 것이다.”The sound of thanksgiving and joy will be heard everywhere. I will make them prosperous and glorious, so they will not decline or become miserable
‭‭20 “그들의 자녀들은 옛날처럼 융성할 것이며 그들의 공동체는 튼튼한 기반을 다지게 될 것이다. 누구든지 그들을 못살게 구는 자들을 내가 다 벌하겠다.”Their children will flourish as they did in the old days, and their community will be firmly established. I will punish all who oppress them
‭‭21 “그들의 지도자가 그들 민족 중에서 나오고 그들의 통치자가 그들 가운데서 나올 것이다. 내가 그를 가까이 오게 하면 그가 나에게 다가올 것이다. 그렇지 않고서야 누가 감히 나에게 접근할 수 있겠는가?”Their leader will come from among their own people, and their ruler will come from among them. I will bring him near, and he will approach me. Who else can approach me?
‭‭22 “그들은 내 백성이 되고 나는 그들의 하나님이 될 것이다.””They will be my people, and I will be their God
‭‭23 “보라, 여호와의 분노가 휘몰아치는 폭풍처럼 악인들의 머리를 칠 것이다.”Behold, the wrath of the LORD shall come down upon the heads of the wicked like a whirling storm
‭‭24 “여호와의 분노는 그가 마음에 뜻한 것을 이루실 때까지 그치지 않을 것이니 앞으로 너희가 이것을 깨닫게 될 것이다.”The anger of the Lord will not turn away until he has accomplished what he has planned in his heart. You will understand this in the future
