1 “여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.”the LORD spoke to me
‭‭2 ““사람의 아들아, 너는 두로를 위해 애가를 불러라.”Son of man, take up a lament for Tyre
‭‭3 “바다 어귀에 위치하여 해안 지역의 여러 백성과 통상을 하는 두로에게 나 주 여호와가 이렇게 말한다고 일러 주어라. ‘두로야, 네가 “나는 나무랄 데 없이 아름답다” 하고 말하는구나.”Tell Tyre, which is at the mouth of the sea and trades with the peoples along the coast, that this is what the Sovereign LORD says: ‘Tyre, you say, “I am beautiful and blameless.”
‭‭4 “네 영토가 바다 가운데 있으니 너의 건축자가 네 아름다움을 완벽하게 하였다.”Your territory is in the middle of the seas; your builder has perfected your beauty
‭‭5 “그들이 헤르몬산의 전나무를 목재로 사용하고 레바논의 백향목을 가져다가 너를 위해 돛대를 만들었다.”They used fir trees from Mount Hermon for timber and cedar trees from Lebanon to make masts for you
‭‭6 “그들은 바산의 상수리나무로 네 노를 만들고 키프러스 해안의 회양목으로 네 갑판을 만들어 거기에 상아를 박아 넣었다.”They made four oars of oak from Bashan and four decks of boxwood from the coast of Cyprus and inlaid them with ivory
‭‭7 “너의 돛은 수놓은 이집트의 고운 모시로 만들어져 마치 네 깃발과도 같으며 너의 차양은 엘리사섬의 청색 자색 베로 만들어졌다.”Your sails are of fine embroidered linen from Egypt, like your banner; your canopy is of blue and purple from the Isles of Elishah
‭‭8 “시돈과 아르왓 사람들이 네 사공이 되었고 항해에 익숙한 사람들이 네 선원이 되었다.”The men of Sidon and Arvad were your captains, and those skilled in seamanship were your sailors
‭‭9 “그발의 노숙한 숙련공들이 배의 틈을 막는 조선공이 되었으며 바다의 모든 배와 선원들이 너에게 와서 무역하였다.”The old skilled workers of that land became shipbuilders who closed the gaps of ships, and all the ships and sailors of the sea came to you to trade
‭‭10 “‘페르시아와 리디아와 리비아 사람들이 네 군대가 되어 네 막사에 그들의 방패와 투구를 걸었으니 그들이 너의 영광을 나타내었다.”The Persians, the Lydians, and the Libyans became your army; they hung their shields and helmets in your tents, and they displayed your glory
‭‭11 “아르왓 사람들은 너의 성벽을 지키고 가맛 사람들은 네 망대를 지켰으니 그들이 네 사면 성벽에 방패를 달아 네 아름다움을 완벽하게 하였다.’”The Arvadites guarded your walls; the Gamathites guarded your towers; they hung shields on your walls all around, making your beauty perfect
‭‭12 ““너의 각종 상품이 풍부하므로 다시스 사람들도 은과 철과 주석과 납을 가지고 와서 너와 무역하였다.”Because of your abundance of all kinds of goods, the people of Tarshish also came to trade with you, bringing silver, iron, tin, and lead
‭‭13 “그리스와 두발과 메섹은 노예와 놋그릇을 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀으며”Greece, Tubal, and Meshech came and bought your merchandise, bringing slaves and bronze vessels
‭‭14 “벧 – 도갈마 사람들은 네 상품을 사려고 말과 노새를 가져왔고”The people of Beth-Dogarmah brought horses and mules to buy your goods
‭‭15 “로데스 사람들도 너와 무역하였으며 해안 지역의 많은 나라들이 상아와 당목을 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀다.”The people of Rhodes also traded with you, and many countries along the coast came to buy your goods, bringing ivory and sugarcane
‭‭16 “네 제품이 풍부하므로 시리아가 너와 무역하였으니 그들은 비취옥과 자색 베와 수예품과 고운 모시와 산호와 홍옥을 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀다.”Because of your abundant goods, Syria traded with you; they brought you jade, purple, needlework, fine linen, coral, and rubies
‭‭17 “유다와 이스라엘 사람들도 너의 고객이 되어 민닛 지방의 밀과 과자와 꿀과 기름과 향유를 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀다.”The people of Judah and Israel also became your customers and came to buy your goods, bringing wheat from the land of Minnith, cakes, honey, oil, and perfume
‭‭18 “네가 만든 제품이 많고 다양하므로 다마스커스가 너와 무역하였으니 그들은 헬본 지방의 포도주와 사할 지방의 양털을 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀으며”Damascus traded with you because of the great variety of your goods; they brought wine from Helbon and wool from Sahar and bought your merchandise
‭‭19 “워단과 그리스 사람들은 철과 계피와 창포를 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀다.”The people of Wotan and the Greeks came with iron, cinnamon, and saffron and bought your goods
‭‭20 “드단은 안장 담요로 너와 무역하였으며”Dedan traded with you for saddle blankets
‭‭21 “아라비아와 게달의 모든 대신들도 너의 고객이 되어 어린 양과 숫양과 염소들을 가지고 와서 너와 무역하였다.”All the princes of Arabia and Kedar also became your customers, bringing lambs, rams, and goats to trade with you
‭‭22 “스바와 라아마의 상인들은 온갖 고급 향료와 보석과 금을 가지고 와서 너와 무역하였으며”The merchants of Sheba and Raamah came to trade with you, bringing all kinds of fine spices, precious stones, and gold
‭‭23 “하란과 간네와 에덴과 스바의 상인들과 앗수르와 길맛도 너와 무역하였으니”Haran, Canneh, Eden, the merchants of Seba, Asshur and Chilmad also traded with you
‭‭24 “그들은 아름다운 옷과 푸른 베와 수예품과 다채로운 색깔의 융단과 단단하게 꼰 노끈을 가지고 와서 네 상품을 샀다.”They came with beautiful clothes, blue linen, needlework, colorful carpets, and tightly woven ropes, and bought your goods
‭‭25 ““다시스의 배가 네 상품을 실어 나르니 네가 바다 가운데서 많은 화물을 실은 배와 같구나.”The ships of Tarshish are laden with your merchandise; you are like a ship in the middle of the sea, laden with much cargo
‭‭26 “네 사공이 너를 바다로 인도하지만 바다 한가운데서 동풍이 불어 너를 산산이 부숴 버릴 것이다.”Your captain will lead you out to sea, but an east wind will blow in the middle of the sea and break you to pieces
‭‭27 “네 재물과 상품과 선원과 선장과 배의 틈을 막는 조선공과 너의 상인들과 모든 군인들과 그 밖에 네 배에 탄 모든 사람들이 네가 파선하는 날에 바다에 다 침몰할 것이다.”Your wealth, your merchandise, your sailors, your captain, your shipwrights, your merchants, your soldiers, and everyone who is on board the ship will all go down in the sea on the day of your shipwreck
‭‭28 “네 선원들이 부르짖는 소리에 해안의 땅들이 흔들릴 것이다.”The shores will shake at the sound of your sailors' cries
‭‭29 “노를 젓는 사공들과 바다의 모든 선원들이 다 그들의 배를 버려 두고 해안에 서서”All the rowers and all the sailors on the sea left their ships and stood on the shore
‭‭30 “너를 위해 소리 높여 통곡하며 티끌을 머리에 뒤집어쓰고 잿더미에 뒹굴며”I will cry out for you, throw dust on my head, and roll in the ashes
‭‭31 “너로 인해 다 머리를 밀고 굵은 삼베 옷을 입고 마음 아파하며 슬피 통곡할 것이다.”Because of you, I will shave my head, wear thick hemp clothes, and cry in sorrow
‭‭32 “그들이 통곡하며 슬퍼할 때에 너에 대하여 이런 애가를 부를 것이다. ‘두로처럼 바다에 둘러싸여 적막한 자 누구인가?”When they mourn and lament, they will sing this lament about you: ‘Who is like Tyre, surrounded by the sea and desolate?
‭‭33 “네 상품이 바다로 나갈 때에 네가 많은 나라의 요구를 만족시키고 너의 많은 재물과 상품으로 네가 세상의 왕들을 부요하게 하더니”When your merchandise went out to sea, you satisfied the needs of many nations; with your great wealth and merchandise you made the kings of the earth rich
‭‭34 “이제는 네가 바다 깊은 데서 파선하여 네 상품과 너의 모든 승객이 너와 함께 다 침몰하고 말았구나.”Now you have been shipwrecked in the depths of the sea; your cargo and all your passengers have gone down with you
‭‭35 “해안 지역에 사는 모든 사람들이 네가 당한 일을 보고 놀라며 그들의 왕들도 공포에 질려 그 얼굴이 두려움으로 일그러졌다.”All the people living in the coastal regions were astonished at what had happened to you; their kings were terrified and their faces were twisted with fear
‭‭36 “세상의 상인들이 너를 야유하니 네 종말이 비참하게 되었구나. 네가 다시는 존재하지 못하리라.’ ””The merchants of the world jeer at you, so your end is miserable. You will never exist again
