[현대인성경 KLB 구약 민수기 33장] 요단강을 건너기 전의 교훈 : Lessons Before Crossing the Jordan River

1 “이것은 이스라엘 백성이 모세와 아론의 인솔하에 이집트를 떠나온 여정이다.”(This is the journey of the Israelites out of Egypt under the leadership of Moses and Aaron)
‭‭2 “모세는 여호와의 명령에 따라 그 여정을 이렇게 기록하였다:”(According to Jehovah's command, Moses recorded the journey thus:)
‭‭3 “이스라엘 백성은 유월절 다음날인 1월 15일에 모든 이집트인들이 지켜 보는 가운데 당당하게 라암셋을 떠났는데”(On the 15th day of the first month, the day after the Passover, the Israelites left Rameses with all the Egyptians watching)
‭‭4 “그때는 이집트 사람들이 여호와께서 죽인 그들의 장남을 매장하고 있을 때였다. 이렇게 하여 여호와께서는 이집트의 모든 신들을 보기 좋게 물리치셨다.”(It was at that time that the Egyptians were burying their eldest son whom Jehovah had killed. In this way Jehovah successfully defeated all the gods of Egypt)
‭‭5 “이스라엘 백성은 라암셋을 출발하여 숙곳에 천막을 쳤고”(The Israelites set out from Rameses and pitched their tents at Succoth)
‭‭6 “다음은 광야 끝에 위치한 에담에 천막을 쳤으며”(Next, they pitched their tents at Etham, which is at the edge of the wilderness)
‭‭7 “거기서 그들은 바알 – 스본 동쪽 비 – 하히롯으로 되돌아가 믹돌 근처에 천막을 쳤다.”(From there they returned to Bi – Hahiroth, east of Baal-Zephon, and pitched their tents near Migdol)
‭‭8 “그들은 비 – 하히롯에서 출발하여 홍해를 지나 에담 광야에 이르고 에담 광야에서 3일을 행진하여 마라에 천막을 쳤다.”(They set out from Bi-Hahiroth and passed through the Red Sea to the Wilderness of Etham)
‭‭9 “그들은 다시 마라를 출발하여 엘림에 도착했으며 거기에는 열두 개의 샘과 종려나무 70그루가 있었다. 그래서 그들은 거기서 천막을 쳤다.”(They departed again from Marah and reached Elim, where there were twelve springs and 70 palm trees. So they pitched a tent there)
‭‭10 “그들은 다시 엘림을 출발하여 홍해 근처에 천막을 쳤고”(They set out again from Elim and pitched their tents by the Red Sea)
‭‭11 “다음은 신 광야에서,”(Next in the wilderness of Sin)
‭‭12 “다음은 돕가에서,”(Next in Dobga)
‭‭13 “다음은 알루스에서 천막을 쳤다.”(Next we pitched tents in Alus)
‭‭14 “그들은 다시 거기서 출발하여 르비딤에 천막을 쳤는데 그 곳에는 마실 물이 없었다.”(They set out from there again and pitched their tents at Rephidim, where there was no water to drink)
‭‭15-19 “그리고 그들이 르비딤에서 출발하여 다 음으로 천막을 친 곳은 시나이 광야, 기브롯 – 핫다아와 하세롯, 릿마, 림몬 – 베레스,”(And the next place they pitched their tents after departing from Rephidim is the wilderness of Sinai, Gibroth-Haddaah, Hazeroth, Ritmah, and Rimmon-Perez)
‭‭20-24 “립나, 릿사, 그헬라다, 세벨산, 하라다,”(Libnah, Rissa, Gehelada, Mount Sebel, and Harada)
‭‭25-30 “막헬롯, 다핫, 데라, 밋가, 하스모나, 모세롯,”(Makheloth, Tahath, Terah, Micah, Hasmonah, Mosherod)
‭‭31-37 “브네 – 야아간, 홀 – 하깃갓, 욧바다, 아브 로나, 에시온 – 게벨, 진 광야의 가데스, 그리고 에돔 국경 지대에 있는 호르산이었다.”(Bene – Jakan, Hol –Hagidgad, Jotbadah, Abronah, Ezion – Geber, Kadesh in the Wilderness of Zin, and Mount Hor on the border of Edom)
‭‭38-39 “이스라엘 백성이 이집트에서 나온 지 40년째가 되는 해 5월 1일에 제사장 아론은 여호와의 명령대로 호르산에 올라가 거기서 죽었으며 그 때 그의 나이는 123세였다.”(On the first day of the fifth month, in the 40th year after the Israelites came out of Egypt, Aaron the priest went up to Mount Hor as the Lord commanded and died there. He was 123 years old at the time)
40 “가나안의 남쪽 네겝 지방에 살던 아랏 왕은 이스라엘 백성이 오고 있다는 말을 들었다.”(The king of Arad, who lived in the Negev region south of Canaan, heard that the Israelites were coming)
‭‭41-49 “이스라엘 백성이 호르산에서 출발하여 그 다음으로 천막을 친 곳은 살모나, 부논, 오봇, 모압 국경 지대에 있는 이예 – 아바림, 디본 – 갓, 알몬 – 디블라다임, 느보산 부근의 아바림산, 그리고 벧 – 여시못에서부터 아벨 – 싯딤에 이르는 여리고 맞은편 요단 강변의 모압 평야였다.”(The next places where the Israelites set out from Mount Hor are Zalmona, Punon, Oboth, Iye on the border of Moab, Abarim, Dibon, Gad, Almon, Diblathaim, Mount Abarim near Mount Nebo, And it was the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho, from Beth-Jeshimoth to Abel--Shittim)
‭‭50-51 “여리고 맞은편 요단 강변 모압 평야에서 여호와께서는 모세를 통해 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “너희가 요단강을 건너 가나안 땅에 들어가거든”(On the plains of Moab by the Jordan River opposite Jericho, the Lord spoke through Moses: “When you cross the Jordan River and enter the land of Canaan)
‭‭52 “그 땅에 사는 사람들을 다 쫓아내고 돌에 새겨 만든 것이든 쇳물을 부어 만든 것이든 우상은 모조리 부숴 버리고 그들의 모든 산당을 파괴하라.”(Drive out all who live in the land, destroy all idols, whether carved in stone or cast iron, and destroy all their high places)
‭‭53 “내가 그 땅을 너희에게 주었으니 그 곳을 점령하여 거기서 살아라.”(I have given you the land; occupy it and live there)
‭‭54 “너희는 각 지파와 집안별로 제비를 뽑아 그 땅을 분배하되 넓은 땅은 인원수가 많은 지파끼리 제비를 뽑고 좁은 땅은 인원수가 적은 지파끼리 제비를 뽑아 분배하라.”(Divide the land by lot for each tribe and family, dividing the large land by lot among the tribes with the most people, and dividing the small land by lot among the tribes with few people)
‭‭55 “그러나 만일 너희가 그 땅의 원주민들을 쫓아내지 않으면 남아 있는 자들이 너희 눈과 옆구리를 찌르는 가시와 같이 너희를 괴롭힐 것이다.”(But if you do not drive out the natives of the land, those who remain will afflict you like thorns in your eyes and in your sides)
‭‭56 “그리고 내가 그들을 멸망시키려고 계획한 것처럼 너희를 멸망시킬 것이다.”(And I will destroy you just as I planned to destroy them)
‭‭
