[현대인성경 KLB 구약 민수기 36장] 여자 상속인의 결혼 문제 : Marriage problems of female heirs

1 “요셉 자손 중에서 므낫세의 손자이며 마길의 아들인 길르앗 집안 가장 들이 이스라엘 지도자들 앞에서 모세에게”(Of the descendants of Joseph, the grandson of Manasseh, the son of Machir, the head of the house of Gilead, said to Moses in front of the leaders of Israel:)
‭‭2 “이렇게 말하였다. “여호와께서는 제비를 뽑아 이스라엘 백성에게 땅을 나누어 주라고 당신에게 명령하셨으며 또 우리 형제 슬로브핫의 땅을 그의 딸들에게 주라고 명령하셨습니다.”(said this. “The Lord has commanded you to divide the land among the Israelites by lot, and to give the land of our brother Zelophehad to his daughters)
‭‭3 “그러나 그 딸들이 다른 지파 사람과 결혼하게 되면 그들의 땅이 시집 지파의 재산이 되어 우리 지파의 땅은 줄어들게 될 것입니다.”(But if the daughters marry someone from another tribe, their land will become the property of the tribe in which they are married, and our tribe's land will be reduced)
‭‭4 “그리고 일단 다른 지파에게 넘어간 땅은 희년이 되어도 다시 우리에게 돌아오지 않을 것입니다.”(And once the land was given to the other tribes, it will not come back to us at the Jubilee)
‭‭5 “그래서 모세는 여호와의 지시를 받아 이스라엘 백성에게 이렇게 말하였다. “므낫세 지파 사람들의 말이 옳습니다.”(So Moses, at the direction of the Lord, said to the Israelites: “The people of the tribe of Manasseh are right)
‭‭6 “여호와께서는 슬로브핫의 딸들이 자기가 원하는 사람과 결혼할 수 있으나 자기 지파 안에서만 결혼해야 한다고 말씀하셨습니다.”(Jehovah said that Shelophehad's daughters could marry whomever they wanted, but only within their own tribe)
‭‭7 “이렇게 하면 이스라엘 각 지파의 재산이 자기 지파 재산으로 유지될 것입니다.”(In this way, the property of each tribe of Israel will be kept as its own)
‭‭8 “이스라엘 각 지파에서 재산을 상속받은 딸들은 반드시 자기 지파 사람과 결혼해야 합니다. 그래야만 이스라엘 자손이 그 조상의 유산을 보존하게 될 것입니다.”(The daughters who inherit property from each tribe of Israel must marry a member of their own tribe. Only then will the children of Israel preserve the heritage of their forefathers)
‭‭9 “이렇게 함으로써 땅이 한 지파에서 다른 지파로 이전되지 않고 각 지파는 자기들의 땅을 계속 소유하게 될 것입니다.”(In this way, the land will not be transferred from one tribe to another, and each tribe will continue to own its land)
‭‭10-12 “슬로브핫의 딸 말라와 디르사와 호글 라와 밀가와 노아는 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 요셉의 아들 므낫세 지파 안에서 그들의 사촌과 결혼하였다. 그래서 그들의 재산이 그 아버지의 지파에 그대로 남아 있게 되었다.”(Mala, Tirsha, Hoglah, Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Shelophehad, married their cousins ​​from the tribe of Manasseh, the son of Joseph, as the Lord had commanded Moses. So their property remained in their father's tribe)
‭‭13 “이상은 여호와께서 여리고 맞은편 요단 강변의 모압 평야에서 모세를 통해 이스라엘 백성에게 주신 명령과 규정이다.”(These are the commands and regulations that the Lord gave to the Israelites through Moses in the plains of Moab on the banks of the Jordan River opposite Jericho)
