아삽의 시 Asaph's Psalm

1 “참으로 하나님은 이스라엘에 선을 베푸시며 그 중에서도 마음이 깨끗한 자에게 선을 베푸시는구나.”Truly, God is good to Israel, and especially to those who are pure in heart
‭‭2 “그러나 나는 발을 잘못 디뎌 거의 미끄러질 뻔하였으니”But I took a wrong step and almost slipped
‭‭3 “이것은 내가 악인들이 잘 되는 것을 보고 교만한 자들을 질투하였음이라.”It was so that I could see that the wicked were well and receive communion with them
‭‭4 “그들이 일평생 아무런 고통도 없이 건강하게 지내며”They live their whole lives in good health without any pain
‭‭5 “다른 사람들과 같이 어려움을 당하거나 병으로 고생하는 일도 없으니”I don't have to face difficulties or suffer from illness like other people
‭‭6 “교만을 목걸이로 삼고 폭력을 옷으로 삼는구나.”You wear pride as your necklace and violence as your clothing
‭‭7 “그들의 마음은 악을 토하고 그들의 탐욕은 하늘 높은 줄 모른다.”Their hearts vomit evil, and their greed is as high as the sky
‭‭8 “그들이 남을 조롱하며 악한 말을 하고 거만을 부리며 은근히 남을 위협하는구나.”They mock others, speak evil, are arrogant, and secretly threaten others
‭‭9 “그들이 입으로 하늘에 있는 하나님을 대적하고 혀로 땅에 있는 사람들에게 악담하니”With their mouth they spoke against God in heaven, and with their tongue they spoke evil against men on earth
‭‭10 “그의 백성이 그들에게 돌아가서 그들의 악한 영향을 그대로 받아”His people will return to them and receive their evil influence
‭‭11 ““하나님이 어떻게 알겠는가? 가장 높으신 분이라도 세상에서 일어나는 일을 다 알 수는 없다” 하는구나.”How would God know? “Even the Most High cannot know everything that happens in the world.”
‭‭12 “이 악인들을 보아라. 이들은 언제나 편안한 생활을 하고 그들의 재산은 날로 늘어만 간다.”Look at these wicked people. They always lead a comfortable life and their wealth increases day by day
‭‭13 “내가 깨끗한 마음으로 살고 죄를 짓지 않은 것이 허사구나.”It is in vain that I live with a pure heart and do not sin
‭‭14 “나는 종일 괴로움을 당하며 아침마다 벌을 받았다.”I suffered all day long and was punished every morning
‭‭15 “내가 만일 이런 것을 말했다면 주의 백성들에게 반역자가 되었을 것입니다.”If I had said these things, I would have been a traitor to your people
‭‭16 “내가 이 모든 문제를 이해하기가 무척 힘들었으나”It was very difficult for me to understand all these issues, but
‭‭17 “내가 하나님의 성소에 들어갔을 때 악인들의 최후를 깨달았습니다.”When I entered the sanctuary of God, I realized the end of the wicked
‭‭18 “주께서 그들을 미끄러운 곳에 두셔서 파멸에 밀어 넣으시므로”For you have set them in slippery places, and have driven them to destruction
‭‭19 “그들이 순식간에 멸망하여 끔찍한 종말에 이릅니다.”They perish in an instant and come to a terrible end
‭‭20 “그들은 아침이 되면 사라지는 꿈과 같은 자들입니다. 그래서 주께서 일어나시면 그들이 꿈처럼 사라질 것입니다.”They are like a dream that disappears in the morning. So when the Lord arises they will disappear like a dream
‭‭21 “내 마음이 괴롭고 아플 때”When my heart is suffering and hurting
‭‭22 “내가 어리석고 무식하여 주 앞에 짐승같이 되었습니다.”I have become foolish and ignorant and have become like a beast before you
‭‭23 “그러나 내가 항상 주를 가까이하므로 주께서 내 오른손을 붙드셨습니다.”But because I am always close to you, you have taken hold of my right hand
‭‭24 “주는 나를 주의 교훈으로 인도하시니 후에는 영광으로 나를 영접하실 것입니다.”You lead me with your teachings, and afterward you will receive me with glory
25 “하늘에서는 나에게 주밖에 없습니다. 내가 주와 함께 있는데 이 세상에서 무엇을 더 바라겠습니까?”There is only you in heaven for me. I am with you. What more could I want in this world?
‭‭26 “내 몸과 마음은 쇠약해질 수 있습니다. 그러나 하나님은 내 마음의 반석이시며 내가 필요로 하는 전체입니다.”My body and mind can become debilitated. But God is the rock of my heart and all I need
‭‭27 “주를 멀리하는 자는 망할 것입니다. 주께 신실치 못한 자를 주는 멸망시키셨습니다.”Those who turn away from the Lord will perish. You have destroyed those who were unfaithful to you
‭‭28 “그러나 나에게는 하나님을 가까이하는 것이 정말 좋은 일입니다. 내가 여호와 하나님을 나의 피난처로 삼았으니 주께서 행하신 모든 일을 널리 전하겠습니다.”But for me, being close to God is a really good thing. I have made the LORD God my refuge; I will tell abroad all that you have done
‭‭
