1 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "너는 두 돌판을 처음 것과 같이 깎아 만들어라. 네가 깨뜨린 그 처음 판에 있던 말을 내가 거기에 다시 기록하겠다(The LORD spoke to Moses. "Cut out the two tablets of stone like the first ones. I will write on them the words that were on the first tablets that you broke)

2 너는 내일 아침 그것을 준비하여 시내산으로 올라와 산꼭대기에서 나에게 네 모습을 보여라(Prepare it tomorrow morning and go up to Mount Sinai and show yourself to me from the top of the mountain)

3 아무도 너와 함께 올라오지 못하게 하고 산에 발을 들여놓는 자가 없도록 하라. 양과 소도 산기슭에 얼씬거리게 해서는 안 된다"(Let no one come up with you, and let no one set foot on the mountain. Sheep and cattle must not be allowed to wander at the foot of the mountain.”)

-> 지금 우리가 다니는 교회는 누구나 차별 없이 들어올 수 있다는 점에서 개방되어있지만, 예배하러 갈 때에는 몸과 마음을 깨끗이 정비하고 다닐 필요성을 느끼게 됩니다

The church we attend now is open in that anyone can enter without discrimination, but when we go to worship, we feel the need to clean our bodies and minds

4 그래서 모세는 두 돌판을 처음 것과 같이 깎아 만들어 여호와께서 명령하신 대로 다음날 아침 일찍 두 돌판을 가지고 시내산으로 올라갔다(So Moses cut the two stone tablets like the first ones and went up to Mount Sinai with the two stone tablets early the next morning, just as the Lord had commanded)

5 그러자 여호와께서 구름 가운데 내려와 그와 함께 거기 서서 자기 이름이 여호와임을 선포하셨다(Then the LORD came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed that his name was Jehovah)

6 그러고서 여호와께서는 그의 앞으로 지나가시며 이렇게 외치셨다. "나 여호와는 자비롭고 은혜로우며 쉽게 노하지 않고 사랑과 진실이 풍성한 하나님이다(Then Jehovah passed in front of him and cried out: “I, Jehovah, am a God who is merciful and gracious, not easily offended, and rich in love and truth)

7 나는 사랑을 천 대까지 베풀고 죄와 잘못을 용서하지만 그렇다고 범죄한 자를 벌하지 않은 채 그대로 두지는 않을 것이며 그 죄에 대해서는 자손 삼사 대까지 벌할 것이다"

(I will show love to a thousand generations and forgive sins and transgressions, but I will not leave the wrongdoer unpunished, and I will punish the children for their sins to the third and fourth generations.")

-> 보통 하나님을 믿는 사람들은 모든 복이 똑같이 임한다고 생각할 수 있지만, 사람이 행한 상벌은 공평하게 차등을 두심을 알 수 있습니다

Ordinary people who believe in God may think that all blessings come equally, but we can see that the rewards and punishments that people have done are equally differentiated

8 그러자 모세가 급히 땅에 엎드려 경배하며(Then Moses hurriedly fell to the ground and worshiped)

9 이렇게 말하였다. "여호와여, 내가 만일 주께 은총을 입었거든 주께서 우리와 함께 가소서. 이 백성이 말을 잘 듣지 않는 고집 센 백성이긴 하지만 우리의 죄와 잘못을 용서하시고 우리를 주의 백성으로 받아 주소서"

(said this. "Lord, if I have found favor with you, then let the Lord go with us. Forgive us our sins and wrongs, and accept us as your people, though this people are a rebellious and stubborn people")

-> 우리는 보통 무조건 '주님, 우리와 함께해주소서' 라고 얘기하는데, 모세는 자신의 행동이 주께 은혜가 되었다면 우리의 죄들을 용서해달라는 조건부를 붙이는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다. 예수님이 오시기 전에 하나님의 심판은 대부분 "눈에는 눈 이에는 이" 라 할정도로 과감했었던 것으로 보입니다

We usually say 'Lord, be with us' unconditionally, but we can see Moses attaching a conditional request to forgive our sins if his actions have been grace to the Lord. Before Jesus came, God's judgment seems to have been drastic enough to say "an eye for an eye" in most cases

10 그때 여호와께서 말씀하셨다. "내가 너희와 계약을 맺겠다. 내가 너희 모든 백성 앞에 세상의 그 어느 나라에서도 행하지 않은 기적을 행하겠다. 너희 모든 백성이 나 여호와의 놀라운 일을 보게 될 것이다. 내가 너희를 위해 행하는 일은 정말 두려운 일이다(Then the Lord spoke. "I will make a covenant with you. I will perform miracles in front of all your people, such as have been done in no other country on earth. All your people will see the wondrous works of the LORD. What I am doing for you is truly awe-inspiring. to be)

11 너희는 오늘 내가 명령하는 것을 지켜라. 내가 너희 앞에서 아모리족, 가나안족, 헷족, 브리스족, 히위족, 여부스족을 쫓아내겠다(You obey what I am commanding you today. I will drive out the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites before you)

12 너희가 들어가는 땅의 백성과 조약을 맺지 않도록 조심하라. 그렇지 않으면 그것이 너희에게 덫이 될 것이다(Be careful not to make treaties with the people of the land you are entering. otherwise it will become a trap for you)

-> '세상과 타협하지 말아라' 라고 말씀하시는 것으로 보입니다

You seem to be saying, "Don't compromise with the world"

13 오히려 너희는 그들의 제단을 헐고 돌기둥의 우상을 깨뜨려 버리며 아세라 여신상을 찍어 버려라

(Instead, tear down their altars, break down their stone pillars, and cut down their Asherah statues)

14 "너희는 다른 신에게 절하지 말아라. 나 여호와는 질투하는 하나님이다

("You must not bow down to other gods. I, the LORD, am a jealous God)

-> 하나님을 믿는다는 건 선택사항이 아닌, 명령이라는 점을 잊지 말아야 하겠습니다

We must not forget that believing in God is not an option, but a command

15 너희는 그 땅에 사는 사람과 그 어떤 조약도 맺지 말아라. 그들은 음란하게 이방 신을 섬기며 그 신들에게 희생의 제물을 드리고 있다. 너희가 만일 그들과 친밀해지면 그들이 너희를 초대할 때 너희가 그 우상의 제물을 먹게 될지도 모른다(You shall not make any treaties with the inhabitants of the land. They obscenely worship foreign gods and offer sacrifices to them. If you become acquainted with them, you may eat food sacrificed to idols when they invite you)

-> 이기적인 말일지도 모르지만, 종교가 다른 이들 하고도 친해질 수는 있겠지만, 선을 긋지 않고 좋은 관계를 유지한다는 핑계로 하나님께 죄를 범할 수 있다는 권고를 하고 있는 모습입니다

(It may sound selfish, but it seems to be advising that you can get along with people of different religions, but you can sin against God on the pretext of not drawing the line and maintaining a good relationship)

16 또 너희가 너희 아들들을 그들의 딸들과 결혼시킨다면 너희 아들들도 그들을 본받아 음란하게 이방 신들을 섬기게 될 것이다(And if you marry your sons to their daughters, your sons will imitate them and serve foreign gods in whoredom)

-> 요즘은 하나님을 믿는 사람들도 배우자를 선택할때 무교나 다른 종교여도 개의치 않는 모습을 많이 보게 됩니다. 그게 오히려 고르는데는 더 쉬워보이고 반경이 더 넓어보일지는 모르나, 자신과 가장 가까운 가족을 전도하는게 정말 힘드며, 나중에는 자신 또한 신앙을 잃어버릴 수 있다는 점에서 기준을 잡고 신중한 선택이 필요해 보입니다

These days, many people who believe in God do not care if they are non-religious or other religions when choosing a spouse. It may seem easier to choose and the radius may seem wider, but it is really difficult to evangelize the family closest to you, and you may lose your faith later, so it seems that you need to set standards and make a careful choice

17 "너희는 신상을 주조하지 말아라("You shall not cast idols)

18 "너희는 무교절을 지켜라. 내가 너희에게 명령한 대로 아빕월 곧 월의 정한 때에 7일 동안 누룩 넣지 않은 빵을 먹어야 한다. 이것은 너희가 그 달에 이집트에서 나왔기 때문이다

("You shall keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread, as I commanded you, in the month of Abib, at the appointed time of the month, for seven days you must eat unleavened bread, because in that month you came out of Egypt)

19 "처음 난 맏아들과 너희 가축의 처음 난 수컷은 소든 양이든 다 내 것이다

("The firstborn and the first male of your livestock, whether cattle or sheep, are mine)

-> 우리는 수입이 생기면 대부분 지출 후에 헌금을 하는 모습을 많이 보게 됩니다. 가장 우선으로 주님께 드리는 것 역시 순서가 뒤바껴서는 안됩니다. 그러면 주님께 드리지 못할 때도 분명히 있기 때문입니다. 직장인들의 경우 4대보험에 대해서는 십일조를 드리지 않는 분들이 대부분이며, 정부에서 나오는 지원금, 누군가 나에 대해 호의를 베풀었던 경험들에 대해서는 십일조를 바치지 않습니다. 주님은 거지가 아닙니다. 우리의 믿음이 어느 정도인지를 판단하는 방법 중의 하나로 사용하시며, 십일조를 지키며 더 나아가 더 바쳤을 때 주께서 더 풍성하게 주시는 기적을 체험해보시기 바랍니다

When we have income, we see a lot of offerings after spending most of the time. The first thing to give to the Lord should not be out of order either. Then it is because there are definitely times when you cannot give it to the Lord. In the case of office workers, most of them do not tithe for the four major insurances, and they do not tithe for the subsidy from the government or the experiences that someone has done favorably for me. The Lord is not a beggar. Please use it as one of the ways to judge the level of our faith, and experience the miracle that the Lord gives more abundantly when we keep tithing and give more

20 그러나 나귀의 첫새끼에 대해서는 어린 양으로 대신 바쳐라. 만일 어린 양으로 대신 바치고 싶지 않으면 그 나귀의 목을 꺾어 버려라. 그리고 너희 모든 장자에 대해서는 그 몸값을 나에게 지불해야 한다. "아무도 내 앞에 빈손으로 나타나지 말아라(But for the firstborn of a donkey, offer a lamb instead. If you don't want to offer a lamb instead, break the donkey's neck and throw it away. And for all of your firstborn sons, you must pay me the ransom. "Let no one appear before me empty-handed)

21 "너희는 6일 동안 일하고 7일째 되는 날에는 쉬어라. 밭을 갈 때에나 추수할 때에도 쉬어야 한다

(“You shall work for six days, and on the seventh day you shall rest. You shall rest in plowing and harvesting)

-> 주님이 안식일을 주시지 않았다면 우린 어떻게 되었을까요? 매일 노동만 하며 쉬지 않고 일하여, 우리는 사는게 아니었을 거라고 생각합니다. 주님도 쉬셨듯이 우리에게 주시는 명령중의 하나입니다

What would we be like if the Lord had not given the Sabbath? I think we wouldn't have been living by working every day and working without rest. As the Lord rested, this is one of the commands given to us

22 "너희는 밀의 첫 수확을 거두어들일 때 칠칠절을 지키고 농산물을 거두어들여 저장하는 연말에는 수장절을 지켜라(“Observe the Feast of Weeks at the first harvest of wheat, and the Feast of Ingathering at the end of the year when the produce is gathered and stored)

-> 헌금이라고 하는게 부담이 될 수도 있지만, 주님께 내 마음을 온전히 드리는 가장 기쁜 행위 중의 하나입니다

It may be a burden to say that it is an offering, but it is one of the happiest acts of giving my heart completely to the Lord

23 "너희 모든 남자들은 매년 세 번씩 이스라엘의 하나님 나 주 여호와에게 경배하러 와야 한다

(“All of you men must come three times a year to worship the Lord Jehovah, the God of Israel)

24 내가 이방 민족을 너희 앞에서 쫓아내고 너희 영토를 넓히겠다. 너희가 매년 세 번씩 나 여호와 너희 하나님에게 경배하러 올 때에는 아무도 너희 땅을 탐내어 침범하지 못할 것이다

(I will drive out the nations before you and enlarge your territory. When you come three times a year to worship I the LORD your God, no one will covet your land and invade it)

25 "너희는 희생제물의 피를 누룩 섞은 빵과 함께 나에게 바치지 말고 유월절 제물을 다음 날 아침까지 남겨 두지 말아라(“Do not offer me the blood of the sacrifice with the leavened bread, and do not leave the Passover until the next morning)

26 "너희는 너희가 추수한 첫열매 중에서 제일 좋은 것을 너희 하나님 나 여호와의 집으로 가져오너라. "너희는 염소 새끼를 그 어미의 젖으로 삶지 말아라"("You shall bring the best of the first fruits of your harvest to the house of the Lord your God. "You shall not boil a kid in its mother's milk.")

-> 어떻게 드리는 게 가장 좋은 걸까요? 주일날 교회에가서 준비되지 않은 모습으로 주머니나 지갑 꺼내어 소소하게 드리는 자세는 보기 좋지 않습니다. 가능하면 하루 전날에 성경책에 헌금을 준비해두거나 혹은 온라인송금하는 방법도 있습니다. 미리 준비하여 주님께 칭찬받는 모습으로 나아가시기 바랍니다

What is the best way to give? It is not good to go to church on a Sunday and take out your pocket or wallet and offer small things unprepared. If possible, there is also a way to prepare an offering in the Bible book the day before or send it online. Please prepare in advance and move forward in an image that is praised by the Lord

27 그러고서 여호와께서는 모세에게 "너는 이 말들을 기록하라. 내가 이 말에 따라 너와 이스라엘과 계약을 맺었다" 하고 말씀하셨다(Then the Lord said to Moses, "Write down these words. According to these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.")

28 모세는 여호와와 함께 그 곳에서 40일 동안 밤낮 있으면서 아무것도 먹지 않고 마시지도 않았다. 그리고 여호와께서는 계약의 말씀 곧 십계명을 두 돌판에 기록하셨다(Moses stayed there with the LORD for 40 days and nights, eating and drinking nothing. And Jehovah wrote the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments, on two tablets of stone)

29 모세가 여호와와 말하였으므로 그가 십계명의 두 돌판을 가지고 시내산에서 내려올 때 그의 얼굴에서 광채가 났으나 자신은 그것을 깨닫지 못하였다(When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two stone tablets of the Ten Commandments, his face shone, but he did not realize it)

-> 하나님을 만난 사람들은 생각과 모습이 선한 것들로 모두 100% 바뀝니다

People who have met God change their thoughts and appearances 100% into good things.

30 아론과 모든 이스라엘 백성은 모세의 얼굴에 광채가 나는 것을 보고 그에게 가까이 가는 것을 두려워하였다(When Aaron and all the Israelites saw Moses' face shining, they were afraid to approach him)

31 그러나 모세가 그들을 불렀을 때 아론과 백성의 지도자들이 그에게 나아왔다. 그리고 모세가 그들과 함께 말하자(But when Moses called them, Aaron and the leaders of the people came to him. And Moses spoke with them)

32 그제서야 모든 이스라엘 백성들이 그의 주변에 모여들었다. 그래서 모세는 여호와께서 시내산에서 자기에게 명령하신 모든 것을 그들에게 말해 주었다(Then all the Israelites gathered around him. So Moses told them everything the Lord commanded him on Mount Sinai)

33 모세는 하던 말을 마치고 수건으로 자기 얼굴을 가렸다

(When Moses finished speaking, he covered his face with a towel)

34 그러나 그가 여호와 앞에 들어가서 여호와께 말할 때에는 수건을 벗었다. 그가 나와서 여호와의 명령을 백성들에게 전할 때(But when he went in before the Lord and spoke to the Lord, he took off the veil. When he came out and told the people the command of the Lord)

35 백성들이 그의 얼굴이 광채가 나는 것을 보았으므로 모세는 여호와께 말하러 갈 때까지 다시 수건으로 자기 얼굴을 가렸다(When the people saw that his face was shining, Moses again covered his face with a veil until he went to speak to the LORD)
