1 “여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.”the LORD spoke to me
‭‭2 ““사람의 아들아, 너는 이스라엘의 목자들을 책망하며 예언하라. 너는 그들에게 나 주 여호와가 이렇게 말한다고 일러 주어라. ‘자기만 보살피는 이스라엘의 목자들에게 화가 있을 것이다. 목자들이 양떼를 보살피는 것이 당연하지 않은가?”Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel and say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who look after themselves! Shouldn’t the shepherds look after their flock?
‭‭3 “너희가 기름진 것을 먹고 양털로 옷을 만들어 입으며 살진 양을 잡아 그 고기를 먹으면서도 양떼는 먹이지 않는구나.”You eat fat, you make clothing out of wool, you slaughter the fattened sheep and eat their flesh, but you do not feed your flock
‭‭4 “너희는 약한 자를 붙들어 주지 않고 병든 자를 고치지 않으며 상처 입은 자를 싸매 주지 않고 방황하는 자를 돌아오게 하지 않으며 잃어버린 자를 찾지도 않고 오히려 그들을 거칠고 잔인하게 다루었다.”You have not helped the weak, you have not healed the sick, you have not bandaged the injured, you have not brought back the wanderer, you have not sought out the lost, but you have treated them harshly and cruelly
‭‭5 “그들은 목자가 없으므로 뿔뿔이 흩어져 들짐승의 밥이 되고 말았다.”They had no shepherd, so they were scattered and became food for the wild beasts
‭‭6 “내 양이 이산 저산 방황하며 사방으로 흩어졌으나 아무도 찾는 자가 없었다.”My sheep wandered from mountain to mountain, scattered in all directions, but no one searched for them
‭‭7 ““ ‘그러므로 너희 목자들아, 나 여호와의 말을 들어라.”Therefore, you shepherds, listen to the word of the Lord
‭‭8 “살아 있는 나 주 여호와가 분명히 말하지만 내 양들이 목자가 없으므로 맹수의 공격을 받아 죽음을 당하고 모든 들짐승의 밥이 되었다. 너희 목자들이 내 양을 찾지 않으며 너희 배만 채우고 내 양은 먹이지 않았다.”As the Lord God lives, I declare this: My sheep have been killed by wild beasts because they have no shepherd, and they have become food for all the wild animals. Your shepherds have not searched for my sheep, but have filled their own stomachs and have not fed my sheep
‭‭9 “그러므로 너희 목자들아, 나 여호와의 말을 들어라.”Therefore, you shepherds, listen to the word of the Lord
‭‭10 “나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 너희 목자들을 대적하여 내 양을 너희에게서 찾을 것이니 너희가 다시는 내 양을 먹이는 목자가 되지 못할 것이며 너희 자신을 먹이지도 못할 것이다. 내가 내 양을 너희 입에서 건져내어 다시는 너희 음식이 되지 못하게 하겠다.’ ””This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will be against your shepherds and will seek my sheep from you. You will no longer be shepherds of my sheep, nor will you feed yourselves. I will rescue my sheep from your mouths, and they will no longer be food for you
‭‭11 ““나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 내 양을 찾아 돌볼 것이다.”I, the Lord God, say to you, I will search for my sheep and care for them
‭‭12 “목자가 흩어진 양을 찾듯이 내가 내 양을 찾을 것이며 흐리고 어둡던 날에 흩어졌던 모든 곳에서 내 양을 건져내겠다.”As a shepherd searches for his scattered sheep, so I will search for my sheep, and I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a cloudy and dark day
‭‭13 “내가 내 양들을 외국 땅에서 끌어내고 모아서 본토로 데려가 이스라엘 산과 골짜기와 그 땅 모든 거주지에서 먹일 것이다.”I will bring my sheep out of foreign lands, gather them, and bring them back to their own land, where they will pasture them on the mountains of Israel and in the valleys and in all the inhabited places of the land
‭‭14 “내가 그들을 좋은 꼴로 먹일 것이니 이스라엘의 높은 산이 목초지가 될 것이다. 거기서 그들이 좋은 초지에 누울 것이며 이스라엘의 산에서 풍성한 꼴을 먹을 것이다.”I will feed them in good pasture, and the high mountains of Israel will be their pasture. They will lie down there in good pastures, and they will eat plenty of pasture on the mountains of Israe
‭‭15 “나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 내 양의 목자가 되어 그들이 쉴 곳을 마련해 주겠다.”This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will be the shepherd of my sheep and I will provide them with a place to rest
‭‭16 “나는 잃어버린 자를 찾고 방황하는 자를 돌아오게 하며 상처 입은 자를 싸매 주고 약한 자를 강하게 하며 살지고 강한 자는 멸하여 심판할 것이다.”I will seek the lost, bring back the wandering, bind up the brokenhearted, strengthen the weak, and destroy and judge the fat and strong
‭‭17 ““나 주 여호와가 말한다. 나의 양떼들아, 내가 너희 하나하나를 심판하여 숫양과 숫염소를 갈라 놓을 것이다.”This is what the Sovereign LORD says: “I will judge you, my flock, one by one, and separate the rams from the goats
‭‭18 “너희가 좋은 꼴 먹은 것을 하찮은 일로 생각하느냐? 어째서 남은 꼴을 발로 짓밟느냐? 너희 중에는 맑은 물 마시는 것도 대수롭지 않게 여겨 남은 물을 발로 더럽히는 자들이 있다.”Do you think it is a small thing that you have eaten the good things? Why do you trample underfoot the things that are left? Some of you think it is a small thing to drink clean water, and you dirty the remaining water with your feet
‭‭19 “그래서 나의 다른 양들이 너희 발로 짓밟은 풀을 먹고 너희 발로 더럽힌 물을 마시고 있다.”So my other sheep are eating the grass you trampled underfoot and drinking the water you polluted underfoot
‭‭20 ““그러므로 나 주 여호와가 너희에게 말한다. 내가 살진 양과 여윈 양 사이에서 심판할 것이다.”Therefore I, the Lord God, say to you: I will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep
‭‭21 “너희가 옆구리와 어깨로 밀고 뿔로 받아 병든 자를 밖으로 몰아내고 있다.”You are pushing with your sides and shoulders, and you are chasing with your horns and driving out the sick
22 “그러나 내가 내 양을 구출하고 그들이 더 이상 희생물이 되지 않게 하겠다. 내가 내 양을 하나하나 심판하여 좋은 양과 나쁜 양을 가려낼 것이다.”But I will rescue my sheep and they will no longer be sacrificed. I will judge my sheep one by one and separate the good from the bad
‭‭23 “내가 내 종 다윗과 같은 목자를 세워 내 백성을 다스리게 하겠다. 그가 그들을 먹이고 그들의 목자가 될 것이다.”I will raise up a shepherd like my servant David to rule over my people. He will feed them and be their shepherd
‭‭24 “나 여호와는 그들의 하나님이 되고 내 종 다윗과 같은 그 목자는 그들의 왕이 될 것이다. 이것은 나 여호와의 말이다.”I, the LORD, will be their God, and the shepherd, like my servant David, will be their king. This is what the LORD says
‭‭25 ““내가 또 그들과 평화의 계약을 맺고 그 땅에서 맹수를 제거하여 그들이 빈 들에서 안전하게 살고 숲속에서도 마음 놓고 잘 수 있게 하겠다.”I will also make a covenant of peace with them and remove wild beasts from the land so that they may live in safety in the wilderness and sleep in the forests in peace
‭‭26 “내가 그들에게 복을 주고 내 산 주변 일대에도 축복하며 때를 따라 비를 내릴 것이니 그것이 축복의 단비가 될 것이다.”I will bless them and the land around my hill, and I will send rain in its season, and it will be a blessing
‭‭27 “그리고 들의 나무가 열매를 맺고 땅이 농작물을 낼 것이며 그들은 그 땅에서 안전할 것이다. 내가 그들의 사슬을 끊고 그들을 종으로 삼은 자들의 손에서 그들을 구출해 낼 때 그들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.”And the trees of the field shall yield their fruit, and the land shall yield its crops, and they shall be safe in their land. And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I break their chains and rescue them from the hand of those who enslaved them
‭‭28 “그들이 다시는 이방 나라에게 약탈을 당하거나 들짐승의 밥이 되지 않고 안전하게 살 것이며 그들을 놀라게 할 사람이 없을 것이다.”They will live in safety, never again to be plundered by foreign nations or to be eaten by wild beasts, and no one will make them afraid
‭‭29 “내가 그들에게 비옥한 땅을 주겠다. 그러면 그들이 다시는 그 땅에서 기근을 겪지 않고 이방 나라의 모욕을 당하지 않을 것이다.”I will give them a fertile land, and they will never again experience famine in their land or suffer the insults of foreign nations
‭‭30 “그 때에는 그들이 자기들의 하나님인 나 여호와가 그들과 함께 있는 것을 알고 자기들이 내 백성임을 알 것이다. 이것은 나 주 여호와의 말이다.”Then they will know that I, the Lord their God, am with them and that they are my people,” declares the Sovereign Lord
‭‭31 ““내 목장의 양떼인 너희는 내 백성이며 나는 너희 하나님이다. 이것은 나 주 여호와의 말이다.””You, the sheep of my pasture, are my people, and I am your God, declares the Lord God
